All you need to know



Due to Covid, our customer service team are working remotely. We are working as fast and quickly as possible to make sure that all orders are packed and shipped the following day. Please expect delays for all shipping methods. Shipping refunds for late packages has been suspended by the carriers during this time. Any changes to your shipping order. Please email us immediately and we will be sure to make any changes asap. 


Mylar/Foil inflator balloons will not qualify for a refund.

You may return new, unopened, and unused items within 15 days from when your order ships.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost which will not be refunded. Clearance items and marked down items may not be returned or exchanged. Final sale.

We do not allow exchanges.  A new order must be placed for a replacement. Defective items are handled on a case-by-case basis.


A refund will only be issued for items that are in new, unopened and unused condition.  Refunds do not include the shipping charge shown on the packing slip and invoice. We absorb a percentage of the original shipping cost to ship the package to you. A restocking fee matching the actual shipping cost we pay our carriers will be deducted from the refund for change of mind returns. A 15% restocking may apply for change of mind returns. The shipping charge for your return must be prepaid and insured (optional) by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during your return shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return shipment. The shipping charge for returns will not be refunded.  If an item that is claimed to be defective is then found to not be defective by us once we receive it back, a store credit will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee, the original shipping cost that we were charged by the courier, and the return shipping cost that we were charged by the courier.  Any amounts refunded for your item(s) being returned will not include the cost of shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange requested.
